Transferring is a big part of college basketball. Last year over 400 players switched programs for a whole variety of reasons. And while the players are usually forced to sit out a year, these moves can have a significant impact on the team they are departing from and the team they land with.
Seton Hall takes the biggest hit in terms of losing a player with significant production last season, and it seems all the losing at DePaul has a quarter of the team fed up and seeking opportunities elsewhere.
Chances are, there will be players transferring to Big East teams, but we are still early in the process. Once that list is known we will be sure to do a blog post on the new faces.
